Airbnb Cleaning Services - Do's & Don'ts 

What We WILL Do


- Thorough Turnover Cleaning: -

Dust, vacuum, sweep & mop all floors -

Clean and disinfect all bathrooms & kitchens -

Sanitize high-touch areas -

Empty all trash and replace liners -

Linen & Towel Service.

If Laundry is to be done on site it's 45$(PER LOAD) onsite.

And 65$(PER LOAD) OFFSITE (if laundry is on-site and accessible) -

Restock Essentials (ONLY IF provided by host) -

Light Staging - Damage & Maintenance Reporting 

What We WON'T Do


- Bulk Trash or Hazardous Waste Removal

 - Deep or Specialized Cleaning -

Pest Control or Biohazard Cleanup -

Supply Shopping or Delivery -

Rearranging or Moving Heavy Furniture/Appliances -

Waiting for Guests, Contractors, or Deliveries

Notes for Hosts


- Provide clear access instructions (lock codes, alarm info, etc.) -

Ensure laundry machines & supplies are ready (if applicable) -

Leave enough turnover time between guests (we recommend 3-5 hours)-

Notify us of special requests in advance (additional charges may apply)
